AnswerMyCalls provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. Our AI receptionist answers inbound calls on your behalf, collects caller information, and sends you text message summaries. The service includes call recording, transcription, and data extraction.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information during registration.
Our AI receptionist is designed to collect caller information and take messages. It is NOT designed to:
You acknowledge that AI technology is not perfect and may occasionally misunderstand callers, capture inaccurate information, or behave unexpectedly. You are responsible for verifying information provided by the AI before acting on it.
All calls are recorded and transcribed. Callers are informed at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI-powered assistant and that the call may be recorded. By using our service, you consent to this disclosure being made on behalf of your business.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied.
Minute overages are billed at the rate specified in your plan. We will notify you when you approach your minute limit.
Phone numbers assigned to your account are leased, not owned. Upon cancellation, your phone number may be reassigned to another customer. You should not use your assigned number as your primary business number.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed calls, service interruptions, or downtime due to third-party provider issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend maintaining a fallback contact method for critical situations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold AnswerMyCalls harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your business operations, or your violation of these terms.
You retain ownership of your business information and caller data. We retain ownership of our AI technology, software, and aggregated insights derived from the service. Call recordings and transcripts are jointly accessible — you can access them via your dashboard, and we may use them to improve our service.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
